Hall Rental Information

The Camden Wyoming Fire Company takes great pride in serving its community, not only through providing excellent Emergency Medical Service and Fire Department Services, but through excellent kitchen and hosting facilities. We strive to provide the cleanest and most up to date dining and meeting facilities to our community. Below is a list of sizes and amenities we offer.

Formal Dining Hall Agreement Download
Our Formal Dining Hall is our largest room and can seat 250 people maximum. It has three (3) entrances, all of which are handicap accessible. Men’s and Women’s bathroom facilities are provided and are also handicap accessible.

  • Full kitchen services available.
  • Fully stocked bar, including 3 domestic beers on tap, numerous rail and top shelf liquor, and soda bar.
  • Fluorescent and dimmable incandescent lighting.
  • Projector and screen available for slide show/video.
  • Wireless audio and wireless internet.
  • Tables (rectangle) and chairs provided. Linens are not provided.
  • Outlets available for DJ services.
  • Outside catering is allowed.
  • Ideal for wedding receptions, birthday parties, reunions, funeral wakes, and large business meetings.
  • Non-Smoking Facility

 

The usage fee is $600.00 for 4 hours if the Fire Co. Auxiliary does not cater the event. It is $50.00 per hour after the first 4 hours. A clean-up fee of $125.00 is also due at the time of signing the contract. A deposit of one half the usage fees plus the clean-up fee ((.5*600)+125) is due at the time of contract signing. The remainder is due 10 days before the event unless previous arrangements have been made.

The usage fee is $450.00 for 4 hours if the Fire Co. Auxiliary caters the event. It is $50.00 per hour after the first 4 hours. A clean-up fee of $125.00 is also due at the time of signing the contract. A deposit of one half the usage fees plus the clean-up fee ((.5*450)+125) is due at the time of contract signing. The remainder is due 10 days before the event unless previous arrangements have been made. If choosing this option, renter must sign a food agreement with the Auxiliary and pay for the cost of food.

Please note: Usage fees do not include the set-up of your event. The Camden Wyoming Fire Co. will provide tables and chairs, however the Renter is responsible for the set-up of the event.

Meeting Hall Agreement Download
Our Meeting Hall is our smallest room and can seat 130 people maximum. It is a second floor room and has two (2) entrances. One entrance is a staircase and the other is a handicap accessible elevator entrance. Men’s and Women’s bathroom facilities are available on the same floor.

  • Tables (rectangle) and chairs provided.
  • Projector and screen available for slide/video shows.
  • Wireless audio and wireless internet.
  • Kitchenette with refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, and trash cans.
  • Dry Erase board available.
  • Ideal for smaller parties, HOA meetings, small business meetings, and training sessions.

 

Please note: There are no full meals by the Auxiliary, or an outside caterer allowed in this room. Only light refreshments (ex. chips, pretzels, crackers, etc.) and Non-Alcoholic Beverages are permitted.

The usage fee is $200.00 for 4 hours. It is $50.00 per hour after the first 4 hours. A clean-up fee of $75.00 is also due at the time of signing the contract. A deposit of one half the usage fees plus the clean-up fee ((.5*200)+75) is due at the time of contract signing. The remainder is due 10 days before the event unless previous arrangements have been made.

Coffee, Tea, and Iced Tea are provided with the meal. Desserts will be included in the total cost with the exception of weddings.

 

Option A

Menu #1            Chicken Parmesan, (1) Pasta dish, Tossed Salad, Garlic Bread, Applesauce, and Dessert.

Menu #2            Choice of two (2) Pasta dishes, Tossed Salad, Garlic Bread, Applesauce, and Dessert.

Menu #3            Chicken and Dumplings, Mashed Potatoes, one (1) Vegetable, Applesauce, Rolls and Butter, and Dessert.

Menu #4            Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, one (1) Vegetable, Rolls and Butter, and Dessert. Pasta choices are: Spaghetti, Baked Ziti, Ravioli, or Lasagna.

 

Option B
Two (2) meats, one (1) starch, one (1) vegetable, tossed salad or cole slaw, rolls and butter.

Cost: $10.00 per person. Includes the choice of  two (2) meats, two (2) cheese, and two (2) side dishes, or a soup.

Rolls, coffee, tea, iced tea, sugar, creamer, lettuce, onion, tomatoes, pickle tray, pretzels, chips, mayonnaise, and mustard will be provided.

Desserts will be included in the total cost with the exception of weddings.

Bar Information

  • We enforce a dress code so that our bartenders give the client the most professional appearance possible.
  • We furnish an adequate number of bartenders for the affair, which eliminates any long waits for service.
  • Our bartenders are there to serve the client and do whatever is possible to make the evening flow graciously and professionally.
  • The Camden Wyoming Fire Co bar carries a full assortment of top shelf liquors, rail liquors, mixers, juices, and Coke products. Special requests can be made in advance.
  • The bartenders do have to comply with the laws of the State of Delaware and WILL check for proof of age if questionable. They will also refuse to serve alcoholic beverages to anyone who appears to be intoxicated, anyone who is unable to provide proof of age, or anyone who provides alcohol to any person attending the event who is under age.
  • Any guest of the party or function who becomes unruly or acts in a disorderly manner will be requested to leave the premises of the Camden Wyoming Fire Company immediately.
  • Per the ABCC rules, no outside alcohol is to be brought into our facility.

All information and fees are subject to change without notice. The Camden Wyoming Fire Co. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone renting for lewd, immoral, or illegal acts. Renters may not charge guests an admission fee on site, there event will be shut down and no refunds will be given.
