It is with deep regret that the Camden-Wyoming fire company announce the passing of Richard "Dick" Winchell.  Dick passed away on January 7th in Kent General Hospital.  Dick was a life member and past president of the company.  He also held numerous positions in the county and state associations.  Details on funeral arrangements will be announced soon.
